Joe joined the firm as an articling student in 1977, continued with the firm as an associate, and became a partner in 1982. For most of his career, Joe has concentrated his practice on residential and commercial real estate, real estate development, multi-family acquisitions, and other real estate-related matters. He also provides legal services and advice to small and medium-sized private companies.

Joe has been fortunate to grow up in Calgary where he has had a ringside seat to the ups and downs of the city’s fluctuating economy. Happily married to his lovely wife Ann, proud father of Connor (Ella), Britt (Kyle) and Cole, all of whom call Calgary home. He is also a proud grandfather of Brody, Maxam, Jordan and Axel. His best job ever!
